COMMENTS from recent Buddha School participants:
"Buddha School was an amazing experience. I had the fortunate karma of
being in the class with some exceptional individuals. During our 12
weeks together; we went through the A-Z of the Four Noble Truths and
also did interactive exercises to give us all a taste of 'ki
enlightenment'. I also had quite a few personal breakthroughs
throughout the 12 week process and I highly recommend this class to
anyone who's interested in applying Buddhist Principles or just
improving themselves as an individual."
- J. K.
"Having
participated in other Dharma study groups, I have to say that
there are no others like this. Buddha School was an amazing experience.
It seems obvious to me that Endo Sensei, the head priest of Wada-ji
Temple in Japan has taken great care in the
design of this course. He covered so many serious topics regarding life,
death and the suffering of all beings; while offering both a profound
sense of humor and the deepest compassion. The chance for insights and
reflections provided in this course are invaluable to anyone on a
spiritual path. Not only does it provide a deep understanding of
Buddhist teachings but it draws you toward the moment to moment
experience underlying them. Buddha School has helped to illuminate the
awareness regarding the
nature of suffering by revealing the elements of its existence.
However, what truly made the course so beneficial were the Ki exercises,
as they have been tailored to demonstrate the reality and experiential
quality of each of the topics being covered. From the first day of class
you will begin to directly experience the spirit of the teachings."
