For newcomers: please arrive 10-15 minutes early, so that we may provide you with a brief orientation about the practice.
Tuesdays: 7:00 - 8:00 PM
Fridays: 7:30 - 8:15 AM
Sundays: 8:00 - 8:45 AM
This deep meditation chanting practice is non-sectarian and non-denominational. It allows the practitioner to enter a state of samadhi, expressing a deep wish for the best for self and all others.
